A full one day guided trek through Shan and Danu tribal villages. Notorious for its grape farm vineyard and strawberry plantations, Seven Step waterfalls in the verdant forest and jungle. Traditional longyi waving factory, meditation centre, green plantations with creeks, streams and paddy fields. Immersed in the midst of rain-forest, flora and fauna.
Pick up from your hotel in Pyin Oo Lwin between 8:30am – 9:00am and then drive to Elephant head village (approximately 30 minuts). And then start trekking to the village and plantation about 2 hours. Along the way visiting Shwe Shan and Danu villages to experience the traditional Longyi waving factory, meditation center to spend 30 minutes with the Monk to learn about meditation.
Continuing to trek for 1 and half hours passing across the paddy fields to waterfalls. Descending through dense forest and jungle crossing a small temporary wooden bridge, a diverse variety of birds, chirping and Cicada’s buzzing.
Arrival at the base of the falls, seven steps of waterfalls that you must go through. Then Lunch.After lunch continuing the ascent to the summit, taking in the beautiful panoramic views.Commence trekking for 1 and half hours via Shan villages, rice fields and scenic views.Our ending point will be at the grape farm and vineyard.
We will drive back to Pyin Oo Lwin and arrive for around 5:30-6:00pm.
