Program Summary

Show the high culture far through a long time ago. Religions is the main reason of wealthy in culture and learn about the society and nature. Explore the bustling and most important commercial city, Yangon and Shwedagon Pagoda- one of the mysterious things in the world famous for its glittering body and huge size. The golden rock, which is famous for slightly, stands on the extreme edge of the cliff and situated on the mountain and Mawlamyine, the former main harbor city of Myanmar, before it moved to Yangon and has lots of monastery and religious monuments and , Mount Zwe-Ka-Pin, the significant of  Kayin State.

Program Details

Day 1: Yangon

  • Arrive at Yangon airport and be welcomed by tour guide. Transfer to hotel for check in. In the afternoon, start a city tour of Yangon with Shwedagon Pagoda,2,500 years old Shwedagon Pagoda, which enshrines strands of Buddha's hair and other holy relics. It is the most sacred and impressive Buddhist site for the people of the Union of Myanmar. Continue to Chauk Htet Gyi pagoda, Sule Pagoda, located in the heart of city. Overnight in Yangon.

Day 2: Yangon – Bago – Golden Rock

  • After breakfast, drive to Bago, (approx. 2 hours drive) city tour Shwemawdaw Pagoda – the highest pagoda in Myanmar, Shwethahlaung reclining Buddha, Kanbawza Thadi - the famous palace of King Bayinnaung (1551-1581 A.D.) is being extensively excavated and some buildings are being rebuilt, Maha Kalyani Sima, 4-gigantic Buddha images of Kyaik Pun.  Continue to Golden Rock, a small stupa placed atop the massive granite boulder Golden Rock which covered with gold leaf, precariously balanced over the edge of the mountain. It is purported to be held in place, "balanced on hairs of the Buddha". Arrive at the Basecamp in the afternoon, take the light truck(approx. 30 minutes up a steep and rough 11-km dirt road) uphill to the starting point of trekking up to the top of the mountain (approx. 45 minutes) where the Pagoda is located. Overnight at hotel in Golden Rock.  

Day 3: Golden Rock – Mawlamyine

  • After breakfast, departure from Kyaikhtiyo to Mawlamyine (Approximately 3 hours drive), the capital of Mon state, situated at the mouth of the Thanlwin River (Salween River). En route across along Than Lwin River for photo stop. Visit religious monuments places, sightseeing tour include Mahamuni Pagoda, a major temple site in Myanmar. Kyaikthanlan Pagoda, known as the Kipling Pagodas and watch the beauty of sunset at Uzina Pagoda. Overnight in Mawlamyine.

Day 4: Mawlamyine

  • After breakfast, visit morning market before the drive to Kyaikkhami to visit its town with metal- roofed Kyaikkhami Yale pagoda and enjoy the brown sand beach of Setse Beach.In the late afternoon, drive back to Mawlamyine. Stop on the way to Mudon and visit to Win Sein Taw Ya Pagoda, which is the largest reclining Buddha in the world. Overnight in Mawlamyine.

Day 5: Mawlamyine – Yangon

  • After breakfast, drive Hpa-An (approximately 1 hour drive). Stop by Kayin, a small Buddhist community at the significant Mount Zwekabin and take a stroll through the villages. Visit to Kyauk Kalat Pagoda and Kawt Gon Cave.  Return Yangon by road, arrive at Yangon in the afternoon, check in hotel. Overnight in Yangon.

Day 6: Yangon  - Departure

  • After breakfast, visit Bogyoke Market (closed on Mondays and holidays), or relax until transfer to the airport for departing flight.

  • International flight tickets to and from Yangon
  • Expenditure of a personal nature (Such as: uses of mini-bar and refrigerator, laundry service, telephone call and etc...)   
  • Travel insurance (cover against all cancellation costs, medical expenses, including repatriation, in the event of accident or illness)
