A guided full one day trek tribal villages – Pan Oo Taung. Shan.Shan and Danu tribal villages. Notorious for its pineapple plantations in the cool rolling hills. Passing a dam, tribes and jungle. An historical Pagoda at Sunset Hill, old monastery and temple, small cave and seasonal crops. Immersed in the midst of rain-forest, flora, fauna and winery.
Pick up from Hotel within Pyin Oo Lwin between 8:30am – 9:00am and then drive to Chaung Gwae village (approximately 45 minutes). Start trekking approximately 3 hours to explore the villages and plantations. Visiting the Sin Lan Dam, small cave and historical pagoda on the Sunset Hill.
Arrive at Pan Oo Taung Shan village. Then lunch stop. Relaxation time with the villagers, learning about heritage and traditions. Continue trekking for 2 and half hours passing beautiful landscape of pineapple plantation and other seasonal crops. Arrive at the Oate Pho village spend some time to visit old Monastery and explore around the village. Continue trekking for 1 and half hours past Shan and Danu villages, paddy fields, crops and scenic views. If we have time to visit winery, an opportunity to sample local products. Drive back to Pyin Oo Lwin to arrive for around 5:30 – 6:oo pm.
