Program Summary

Show the high culture far through a long time ago. Religion is the main reason of wealthy in culture and learn about the society and nature. Explore the bustling and most important commercial city, Yangon and Shwedagon Pagoda- one of the mysterious things in the world famous for its glittering body and huge size. Hpa-An, the capital of Kayin State, is a small city surrounded by lush green rice fields, limestone mountains and many caves and the significant Mount Zwe-Ka-Pin. The golden rock, which is famous for slightly, stands on the extreme edge of the cliff and situated on the mountain.

Program Details

Day 01                         Arrival Yangon Sightseeing

Arrive at Yangon airport and be welcomed by tour guide. Transfer to hotel for check in. In the afternoon, start a city tour of Yangon with Shwedagon Pagoda,2,500 years old Shwedagon Pagoda, which enshrines strands of Buddha's hair and other holy relics. It is the most sacred and impressive Buddhist site for the people of the Union of Myanmar. Continue to Chauk Htet Gyi pagoda, Sule Pagoda, located in the heart of city. Overnight at hotel in Yangon.

Day 02                         Yangon -  Bago – Hpa An

After breakfast, drive to Bago (approx. 2 hours drive), start city tour Shwemawdaw Pagoda – the highest pagoda in Myanmar, Shwethahlaung reclining Buddha, Kanbawza Thadi - the famous palace of King Bayinnaung (1551-1581 A.D.) is being extensively excavated and some buildings are being rebuilt, Maha Kalyani Sima, 4-gigantic Buddha images of Kyaik Pun. After that, proceed to Hpa-an- the capital of Kayin State, which is approximately 4 hours drive from Bago. The road abounds with rich local life and scenic landscape and upon arrival at Hpa-an, check in hotel and overnight at hotel in Hpa-an.

Day 03                         Hpa An Sightseeing

After breakfast at hotel, visit Bayin Nyi Cave and  Kyaunk Kalap; the column or rock, standing sheer out of a lake makes this monastery, pagoda and Nat shrine one of the most photographed spots in all Kayin State. And then visit to Sadan Cave (there had rock, slop rock fountains) and Kawgoon Cave – an invaluable cultural heritage questionably dates back to 7-AD, Shwe Yin Hmyaw Pagoda enjoy the sunset as well as the strength of the Thanlwin River. Overnight at hotel in Hpa an.

Day 04                         Hpa An – Golden Rock

After breakfast at hotel,  visit to Lumbini Garden with thousands of Buddha images at the base of Mt. Zwekabin. Then, drive about 2 hours to the Golden Rock of Kyaikhtiyo. The journey continues to the base camp Kinpun. You have to climb up to the Golden Rock by a small truck, which will take about 45 minutes. From there, it is only 15 minutes walking distance to the up of the mountain at Golden Rock Pagoda. Take a rest and sightseeing around and then back to the truck terminal, drive down to the base camp. Overnight at hotel in Golden Rock (Base camp).

Day 05                         Golden Rock - Yangon

After breakfast at hotel, drive back to Yangon. On the way, photo-stop at World War II War Cemetery, dedicated to the 27,000 Commonwealth Forces who died in Burma. Upon your arrival in Yangon free and easy stay at your hotel. Overnight at hotel in Yangon.

Day 06                         Yangon - Departure

After breakfast at hotel, if time permits enjoy a visit to Scott Market and you will find a whole variety of interesting Myanmar souvenirs and some lacquer ware shop until transfer to airport for International departure flight.

  • Expenditure of a personal nature (Such as: uses of mini-bar and refrigerator, laundry service, telephone call and etc...)   
  • Travel insurance (cover against all cancellation costs, medical expenses, including repatriation, in the event of accident or illness)
