Program Summary

Journey to the upper part of Burma and the most beautiful beach in Asia, which you can escape from the busy traffic of Yangon. You can experience thousands of ancient monuments in Bagan, the greatest emperor of 9 to 14 Centuries. You can also feel the local villages and their lifestyles and participate some activities with them. Mandalay, the last Dynasty of Myanmar King, is the best place to learn the Burmese Culture and amazing sunset in the world’s longest bridge and Mandalay Hill. Inle Lake, you can explore the leg rower styles of Inn Thar and their floating Garden.

Program Details

Day 01 (Arrival Yangon and a trip to Dala)

Upon your arrival in Yangon International Airport, our car and guide will meets and drive to hotel for check-in (depend on room available) and refreshment at hotel. After refreshment, a trip to Dala which is a township on the outskirts of Yangon, on the south of the Yangon River. Although it is relatively close to the urban hub of Yangon (1.5 km away), it is only accessible by ferry. The first step to getting across the river required that we meandered to Pansoedan Jetty ,the area attached to the jetty terminal also functions like most markets in Yangon, serving the hundreds of locals who commute from Dala to Yangon each day (during the day the ferry leaves every 20 minutes). Upon arriving on Dala, There are three main sights that tourists typically come to see while in Dala. The Shwe Sayan Pagoda, Fishing Village and Bamboo Village .The Fisherman’s village is located along the banks of Dala river. Many of the fishermen who work along the Yangon River live with their families in huts along the shore. And then take ferry back to Yangon and drive back to your place. Overnight at hotel in Yangon.

Day 02 (Explore the Yangon city with circular train)

After breakfast at hotel, travel to out of Yangon downtown with circular train. First stop is the Yangon Railway Station where you will wait with the locals for the daily circular train to the Danyingone Market and you may interact with the locals and witness their daily routine. Along the way, you can see many of the market sellers and hawkers boarding the train with their home grown produce. Arrives at Danyingone station, take off from the train. The bustling Danyingone market station welcomes you with locals buying and selling a selection of fresh colorful produce, flowers, snacks as well as an array of unique items. After you have finished, back to your hotel in Yangon by car. Overnight at hotel in Yangon.

Day 03 (Fly to Nyaung U/Bagan and visit to Bagan archeological site)

After breakfast at hotel, transfer to Yangon domestic airport for to catch Nyaung U flight. Upon arrival, you will spend the day exploring the architectural masterpieces of this amazing town by visit to Shwezigone Pagoda, a prototype for many Myanmar stupas built later, Htilominlo Temple which is known to be the last Myanmar Style temple built in Bagan, then visit the 13th century cave temples at Wetkyi-in-Gubyaukgyi, one of Bagan’s most famous sites the Ananda Pagoda.

Then get to learn more about the local culture with a visit to two workshops producing Bagan's most famous products: lacquer ware and wood crafts. Watch as the skilled craftsmen use techniques passed down through generations to create beautiful items. After that overlooking, sunset view at Nyaung Lett Phet view mount (or) Sulamani Kan View mount, relax and be amazed by the beauty of Bagan as you watch the sun slowly set behind the ancient Pagodas.  Overnight at hotel in Bagan.

Day 04 (Explore to the Kyun Thiri Village)

After breakfast at hotel, take a boat trip to Kyun Thiri Village. The excursion today is a trip over to Kyun Thiri Island to walk through a farming village and visit a monastery. Most of the travelers love this kind of interaction with the local people. Local people greet, smile and say Min Ga Lar Par and take pictures of the village people and observe the goings on in their daily lives. And then, back to Bagan. Overnight at hotel in Bagan.

Day 05 (A Day Trip to Mount Popa)

After breakfast at hotel, we head to Mt. Popa about 48 km south east of Bagan. Mt. Popa, known as the abode of Nats (spirits) – a collection of 37 magical spirits both feared and honored by some Myanmar people and the Nat Museum, which houses 37 life-size Nat statues sculpted from teak. It’s time to climb for 777 steps to the summit. On the way, stop at village cottage industry to learn the regional product as well as to watch the collection of juice from the palm trees, and its conversion to brown sugar. 

And then visit to Set Set Yo village is the last place to witness the fading tradition of Myanmar’s yaung pae soo hairstyle. Explore the village and back to Bagan. Overnight at hotel in Bagan.

Day 06 (Fly to Heho and take long tail boat for enjoy sightseeing in Inle Lake)

After breakfast at hotel, transfer to domestic airport for Heho flight. Then drive to Nyaung Shwe where we pick our boat & transfer to your hotel for check in. Enjoy the full day tour by private boat in Inle lake. Visit the Phaung Daw Oo Pagoda, the most holy religious site in southern Shan State. Be amazed by the local handicrafts, silk weaving, wooden handlooms and traditional blacksmith methods along the way. Visiting Inle Lake is not just about being on the water but also about discovering the Shan and Intha villages on the banks of the river. Pass the endless floating gardens, houses, monasteries built on stilts on the lake. Stop at Nga Phe Kyaung Monastery then proceed to Nampan village and see local cheroot factory (where the Burmese cigars are made). Overnight at hotel in Inle Lake.

Day 07 (Explore in Nyaung Shwe with Mountain Bike)

The day starting ride from Nyaung Shwe city to the hot spring and then visit to Kaung Daing village (the village produces traditional snacks) and then take boat to Mine Thouk. Once in Mine Thouk, ride to Forest monastery. At the end of the day, ride to Red Mountain for enjoying sunset view. You can taste wine at Red Mountain. Finally, back to Nyaung Shwe and transfer to hotel. Overnight at hotel in Inle Lake.

Remark: Our private car will stand by for the day. And for the child from 6 and above 6 years can take Mountain Bike.

Day 08 (Fly to Thandwe/Ngapalil and enjoy the beach)

After breakfast at hotel, transfer to Heho airport for take flight to Thandwe. Once in Thandwe, transfer to hotel. Enjoy your free time on the beach. Overnight at hotel in Ngapali.

Day 09 (Enjoy the beach)

After breakfast at hotel, enjoy your free time on the beach. Overnight at hotel in Ngapali.

Day 10 (Fly to Yangon and connect your departure flight)

After breakfast at hotel, transfer to Thandwe airport for Yangon flight. Upon arrival at airport, car and guide will disposal until connection international departure flight.
